The client, a third-party logistics provider specializing in end-to-end warehousing and distribution across the United States, operated multiple disparate systems with different data formats and protocols. Without a unified view, the operations team struggled to monitor activity across the network, spot vulnerabilities and bottlenecks in real time, or get automated alerts when something went wrong.

Delaplex designed and built a centralized control tower integrating the client's disparate supply chain components. The platform ingests and processes data in real time, generates automated alerts on designated supply chain events, and surfaces dashboards for analyzing operations across the entire network.
The stack included Azure Storage and Azure Data Factory for ingestion and orchestration, Microsoft SQL Server for structured storage, an SFTP server for legacy system integration, and Azure Key Vault for secrets management. This was validated through Swagger, Postman, and Ready API testing alongside manual smoke, functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.
Live dashboards replaced periodic manual reporting across the distribution network.
